Regional Sales Manager – EV Charging & Commercial Vehicles

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, business development, and customer engagement across the assigned region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets for EV charging infrastructure and commercial vehicle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Support customers with financing options and commercial negotiations.

Business Development

  • Develop new customers and expand market reach.
  • Identify opportunities across target industries and applications.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, financiers, and influencers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular engagement with existing and potential customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns in coordination with service and support teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and tendering activities.

Market Expansion & Price Realization

  • Increase market share within the assigned region.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure profitable sales and targeted price realization.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, service, finance, and marketing.
  • Support team development and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain regular reporting and share market intelligence with management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or regional management.
  • Experience in Commercial Vehicles, EV Charging Infrastructure, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, or related sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
