Key Responsibility Areas: -
Drive end-to-end outbound sales and merchant acquisition across the region
Lead and manage City Heads to achieve regional sales targets
Build and strengthen key merchant partnerships
Oversee deal negotiations and ensure seamless onboarding
Monitor regional sales performance and pipeline metrics
Identify growth opportunities to expand market reach
Ensure alignment with organizational sales goals
Qualifications:
-9+ years of experience in outbound/field sales (preferably in SaaS/POS Solution Sales, Food Aggregator Companies
)Proven experience in managing multi-city sales team
sStrong leadership and stakeholder management skill
sTrack record of consistently achieving revenue target
sExcellent negotiation and communication skill
sWillingness to travel across assigned regio
