Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in event industry and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales for event infrastructure products (truss, stage, etc.)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with event agencies, production houses, and corporate clients

• Identify new business opportunities across different regions in India

• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: Calling, lead generation, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closure

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client retention

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region and across India as per business requirements

Reporting To:

• AGM - Sales

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in companies dealing with truss or event infrastructure

• Knowledge of B2B sales and project-based sales cycles

• Ability to handle high-value deals and long-term client relationships
