Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager - Cosmetic Distribution & B2B based in Bhiwadi Rajasthan, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include developing and managing a network of B2B clients in the cosmetic distribution industry, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and achieving sales targets in the designated region. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct market analysis, identify business opportunities, and create strategies to optimize the company's presence and growth in the regional market. Collaboration with internal teams for strategy alignment and effective communication with key stakeholders will be critical daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Business Development and Account Management experience
- Knowledge of Cosmetic Distribution and B2B sales practices
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and expertise in market research and strategy planning
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in luxury products or fashion accessories is a plus
