Role Description

• Lead sales across the Northern Region(Delhi,Punjab,Haryana,Uttarpradesh,Rajasthan,Himachal Pradesh)

• Drive sales of CT, MRI, Cathlab & Ultrasound systems

• Develop new business with hospitals & diagnostic centers

• Build relationships with hospital management, biomedical & procurement teams

• Handle AMC/CMC contracts, renewals & negotiations

• Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers

• Achieve revenue targets and prepare sales forecasts

• Monitor competitors and market trends

• Coordinate with Service & Application teams

• Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in healthcare/medical equipment sales

• Strong experience in Diagnostic Imaging – CT & MRI

• Proven experience managing the Southern Region

• Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

• English proficiency mandatory.

• Willingness to travel extensively
