Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include leading a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and presenting customized solutions to clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking software
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team
  • Prior experience in data privacy solutions, technology, or SaaS sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
