This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in the chemical industry, based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and developing sales strategies, overseeing regional sales operations, building and nurturing client relationships, and working closely with team members to meet business objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will also identify market opportunities, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions.

• Sales and business development skills, including an ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities effectively
• Experience in the chemical industry, with knowledge of market trends, client requirements, and industry-specific regulations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and team relationships
• Proven leadership abilities, including team management and the ability to motivate others
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and data to make informed decisions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software for tracking and managing customer interactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage
