Role:
We are looking for a strong mid-level sales leader who can independently manage a regional sales team, drive quarterly revenue, and contribute to the overall growth of the emission-control business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 23 sales executives.
- Drive a 78 Cr quarterly business target for the assigned region.
- Develop and execute sales plans to acquire and grow industrial and commercial customers.
- Actively engage in field visits, customer meetings, and key account management.
- Coach and support the team to improve funnel quality, lead conversion, and customer relationships.
- Work closely with the AVP and internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure smooth execution.
- Build strong understanding of emission-control solutions, DG-set applications, and industrial machinery requirements.
- Manage both high-ticket and low-ticket sales cycles with consistent revenue delivery.
- Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and customer documents.

- 812 years of total sales experience.
- Team-handling experience is mandatory (managed at least 23 people).
- Experience in RECD / DG-set sales are preferred.
- Background in selling industrial equipment or heavy machinery to industries, OEMs, facilities, or manufacturing setups.
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong customer presentation ability.
- Highly presentable, confident in client meetings, reviews, and internal discussions.
- Strong on-ground execution, customer handling, and negotiation capability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.
