Regional Sales Manager – GCC

Luxury Alcohol Portfolio

A leading international luxury wine and spirits group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to support and accelerate growth across the GCC.

Representing a portfolio recognised globally for craftsmanship and uncompromising quality, this role offers a rare opportunity to combine brand stewardship with commercial leadership in one of the region's most dynamic premium markets.

The Role

Reporting into the global leadership team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales development and brand presence across both on‑trade and off‑trade channels, working closely with appointed distributors while also leveraging a strong personal trade network.

This is a hands‑on, externally facing role suited to someone who thrives in premium hospitality environments and understands how to grow luxury brands sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new listings and grow existing business across high‑end hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, bars, and premium retail
  • Manage and influence distributor performance to ensure alignment with brand standards and commercial objectives
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities through direct relationships within the local trade
  • Drive consumer trial and visibility through by‑the‑glass programmes, tastings, pairing dinners, events, and activations
  • Deliver impactful training sessions for distributors, accounts, sommeliers, and bartenders
  • Build a strong personal network within the sommelier and bartender community
  • Support brand visibility and reputation through engagement with media, events, press, and key opinion leaders
  • Maintain close collaboration with regional and international stakeholders, contributing market insights into broader strategy

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Trade network within the territory is essential
  • Comfortability in regional and international travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI & social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and make best use of relationships at various levels.
