About The Role
CareerSecure is looking for a result-oriented Regional Sales Manager(Individual) to develop university and college partnerships and drive student enrollments for its industry-oriented practical learning programs across HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Business Analytics.

CareerSecure is looking for a result-oriented Regional Sales Manager(Individual) to develop university and college partnerships and drive student enrollments for its industry-oriented practical learning programs across HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Business Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, colleges, TPOs and placement teams.
- Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with educational institutions.
- Promote CareerSecure's practical learning programs to BBA and MBA students.
- Coordinate workshops, student engagement activities and enrollment campaigns.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and institutional partners to convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain sales reports, lead records and pipeline updates in the company's CRM.
- Develop regional outreach strategies to expand CareerSecure's institutional network.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, EdTech sales or student counselling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple leads.
- Comfortable communicating with college authorities and students.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
