Position: Regional Sales Manager
Exp : 7+ years
Location: Kolkata/Mumbai
Coverage Area: West Bengal, Patna Ranchi
Job description:
- Strong track record in the Cardio space with personal connect with top interventional cardiologists of the region.
- Strong understanding of the interventional cardio landscape of the region.
- 2-3 years experience as RSM (preferred) or Sr. ASM in a pharma/ devices/ DTx co. with people management responsibilities.
- Fluency in English and regional language is a must.
- Lead a team of Area Managers and Patient Counsellors who will generate business from Cardiologists and patient leads.
- Develop and/or Improve LDHs relationships with cardiologists. Establish the need for, and efficacy of LDHs DTx programme.
- Ensure generation of patient leads and converting those leads into subscriptions of the programme from patients.
- Periodically review the performance of team members. Develop and deploy action plans to improve performance.
