Job Description

We are hiring for Regional Sales Manager

Location: Bangalore/Onsite

Experience: 10+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

 

About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Sales, preferably in Banking & Financial Technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships, and closing sales for banking software solutions and consulting services across EMEA and MENA markets. The role offers global exposure, leadership visibility, and a fast-track growth path in the FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive business development and revenue growth across EMEA & MENA regions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and ROI-driven business cases.
  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and Business Heads in banks and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with consulting, presales, technology, and partner teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure robust pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Represent Rumango at regional business forums, client meetings, and industry conferences.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • 1 -4 years of experience in IT/Software Sales, preferably within BFSI or Banking Technology.
  • MBA (preferably in Marketing, Sales, or IT Management).
  • Good understanding of Banking/Financial Technology solutions (ERP, Core Banking, Digital Banking, or Payment Systems).
  • Proven ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexible to travel across EMEA and MENA regions as required.
