Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the chemical industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities across industrial, construction, and chemical segments.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Handle pricing, negotiations, and closure of key business deals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular feedback to management.
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities in the region.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales preferably in sealants, adhesives, construction chemicals, paints or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and customer behavior.
