We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand the presence of Animal healthcare stores across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha. The role involves achieving sales targets and leading the growth of flagship and mini-franchise stores in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets: 1 Cr from flagship My Animal stores and 20 Lakhs from mini-franchise stores.
- Lead and manage the expansion of Animal stores into new regions across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new franchise partners to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and strategies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Provide training and support to sales teams and franchisees to ensure effective operations.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Proven track record in sales and business development in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel and manage regional operations effectively.
