Key Responsibilities

Drive regional business growth and market expansion across Jalandhar and Ludhiana
Lead, coach and develop Territory Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and Customer Service Representatives (where applicable)
Execute regional sales strategies aligned with zonal business objectives
Strengthen strategic partnerships with KOLs, hospitals, dealers and channel partners
Drive adoption of Joint Replacement Implants and Orthopaedic Robotic Solutions
Ensure execution excellence, commercial discipline and sustainable business growth
