Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Drive sales of general insurance products through NBFC partners.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with NBFC stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary liaison between Bajaj General Insurance and NBFC partners.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of sales officers and executives.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ethical business practices.
