Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (B2B Sales & Marketing) to drive business growth by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and HNI clients. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development :

•Drive B2B sales and achieve regional revenue targets.

•Develop new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, and HNI clients.

•Strengthen Cocoon's brand presence in the luxury interiors and home décor segment.

•Identify high-potential projects and convert them into business.

Client Relationship Management :

•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and design partners.

•Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product showcases.

•Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer experience.

•Monitor repeat business opportunities and client satisfaction.

Account & Order Management :

•Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

•Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.

•Track client sell-through and suggest replenishment opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Market Development :

•Develop regional sales strategies and expansion plans.

•Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

•Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

•Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Relevant sales experience in luxury interiors/home décor/home furnishing industries (a strong network of A-Category Interior Designers is essential).

• Direct sales experience with HNI clients, builders, architects and interior designers/(not dealer/distributor/channel sales).

• Strong negotiation, social, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Good understanding of luxury interiors/home décor market

• Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to exceed targets under deadlines.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.

• Confidence to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• A personal database of architects and interior designers is an added advantage.
