Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager (Ayurveda/Medicine) will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations in the Chandigarh region. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the development and execution of sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, fostering relationships with distributors and clients, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes monitoring market trends, forecasting sales data, and representing the brand at events within the region. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with the brand's vision and goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to actively manage client and distributor engagements
  • Knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, or medical product markets; familiarity with relevant products and customer preferences
  • Proficiency in market analysis, tactical planning, and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities to drive team performance
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to represent the brand and convey the value of its offerings
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; MBA or similar qualifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in sales, especially in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical industries, is highly recommended
  • Proficiency in local languages and a strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Chandigarh would be advantageous.

50% hike over present salary.
