Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The role involves managing and driving sales growth within the assigned region by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market research, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal departments to align goals and ensure smooth operations. The candidate will also oversee client presentations, contractual negotiations, and assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales strategy development, team management, and achieving business growth objectives
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Market research and industry analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and trends
  • Ability to meet targets, perform under pressure, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in sales-related software tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in interior products, construction materials, or a similar industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and oversee regional activities
