We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Ansys department sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the Ansys industry. The Manager - Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and training to sales team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6 -10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the Ansys industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
