Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional activities, product focus, pricing, and sales objectives with ApplyBoard's business goals.

Customer Engagement:

  • Activate new customers to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Ensure proactive engagement with customers, providing high-quality service and responsiveness.
  • Achieve exceptional customer engagement scores through relationship management and service excellence.

Product Adoption and Cross-Selling:

  • Work with the product team to enhance offerings and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies to cross-sell products to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.

Collaboration and Technology Adoption:

  • Utilize CRM systems and technology platforms to streamline sales processes, track performance, and enhance customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and core business teams to ensure integrated efforts in target markets.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify trends.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales achievements, market conditions, and competitive insights.
