Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the B2B network.
• Meet and exceed assigned regional revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales and retention.

Go-to-Market Strategy Development:

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align promotional activities, product focus, pricing, and sales objectives with ApplyBoard's business goals.

Customer Engagement:

• Activate new customers to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Ensure proactive engagement with customers, providing high-quality service and responsiveness.
• Achieve exceptional customer engagement scores through relationship management and service excellence.

Product Adoption and Cross-Selling:

• Work with the product team to enhance offerings and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop strategies to cross-sell products to existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.

Collaboration and Technology Adoption:

• Utilize CRM systems and technology platforms to streamline sales processes, track performance, and enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and core business teams to ensure integrated efforts in target markets.

Performance Analysis:
