Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai (Mandatory)

Experience: 5+ Years

Region: Western India

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive B2B sales across Western India. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and leading a sales team while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in IoT, SaaS, or software solution sales and a strong network within infrastructure or commercial building ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through networking, events, outreach, and inbound enquiries.
  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Work closely with leadership on sales planning and revenue forecasting.
  • Oversee daily sales team operations, track performance, and provide coaching.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within IoT, SaaS, or software solutions.
  • Strong network with MEP consultants, commercial building consultants, or developers is preferred.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales cycle management.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and Marathi.
  • Must be based in Mumbai and willing to travel extensively across Western India.
