Regional Sales Manager & Sales Managers
Lord Krishna Builders is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and well-presented sales professionals to join our team for an upcoming premium apartment project in Trivandrum launching in April, followed by next proposals in the region.
The ideal candidates should have strong real estate sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a professional, client-facing personality capable of handling premium customers.
Location - Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
* Achieve sales targets for the apartment project
* Drive sales for a 100-unit residential project, with a target to sell at least 33 units within 3 months of work commencement.
* Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
* Execute strategic sales plans based on market trends
Market Intelligence
* Leverage strong knowledge of the Trivandrum real estate market
* Analyze local demand, pricing trends, and competitor projects
* Align sales strategies with TVM market intelligence to maximize conversions
Client Handling
* Manage clients from initial inquiry to deal closure
* Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations
* Deliver a premium and professional customer experience
Team & Channel Management (For Regional Sales Manager)
* Lead and monitor the sales team
* Manage brokers, channel partners, and agents
* Drive regional sales performance and accountability
Coordination & Reporting
* Work closely with marketing and CRM teams
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS, and reporting
Requirements
Requirements
* Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
* Experience: 47 years in real estate sales (mandatory)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong understanding of the Trivandrum real estate market
* Candidates from Trivandrum (TVM) preferred
* Well-groomed, professional, client-facing personality (mandatory)
