Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Regional Sales Manager at Aimil Pharmaceuticals. The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and monitor the performance of sales representatives. The role includes building strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders, achieving sales targets, executing promotional activities, and analyzing market trends to recommend growth strategies. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will oversee the training and development of the sales team and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales management, customer relationship building, and team leadership
- Experience in achieving sales targets, market analysis, and strategy formulation
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance
- Willingness to travel within the designated region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
