Role Description

Aimil Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Jalandhar. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth in the designated region. This role requires monitoring sales performance, identifying market opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively lead a sales team and drive regional performance.
  • Strong sales strategy development, territory management, and market analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical products and prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region as needed.
