Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our therapeutics sales team for Aurolab, a renowned ophthalmic products company. As RSM, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth metrics in the Lucknow.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets and develop their skills.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors in the Lucknow.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to senior management.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in therapeutics or ophthalmology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry trends.
