Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Bellary. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee building and managing a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to drive business growth in the allocated region. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with retail partners, monitoring market trends, and delivering excellent customer experiences to both retailers and farmers. The role requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage operational tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills in managing sales teams and achieving regional sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in sales strategy, forecasting, and market analysis
  • Understanding of agriculture inputs and market trends is a significant advantage
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and reporting tools
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bellary and travel within the region as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
