Job Title : Regional Sales Manager
Department : Sales & BD
Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the business plan for the region in close coordination with central team
- Deliver regional revenue targets
- Lead local ATL and BTL campaigns to promote the Onsitego brand, increase awareness and acquire new customers
- Improve customer retention and drive initiatives to upsell/cross-sell on existing customer base
- Manage a team of service coordinators, category managers to ensure delivery of service metrics such as NPS, TAT, cost of operations
- Monitor team performance: Develop and implement KPIs
- Identify process gaps and execute remedial measures to optimize business performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong business acumen and understanding of regional market
- Prior experience in leading service/sales operations at large home appliances and digital devices organizations
- Strong understanding of operational metrics
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Ability to analyze data to come up with actionable insights
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
