About the Role

Apricot Robotics is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Head to lead enterprise sales for our Surface BOT (Robotics Cleaning) Solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue growth across large enterprises, FMS partners, and IPCs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive regional revenue targets for Surface BOT solutions
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales including strategy, pipeline, and closures
  • Build and manage relationships with large corporates, FMS companies, and IPCs
  • Drive partnerships and alliances with Facility Management providers
  • Lead solution selling, product demos, and commercial negotiations
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales with leadership exposure
  • Strong experience in Facility Management, Industrial Solutions, Automation, or Robotics domain preferred
  • Proven track record of managing large deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong network within corporates, FMS ecosystem, and IPCs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and drive strategic conversations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field engagement
