Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or MBA.
- 20+ years of IT sales experience.
- Strong infrastructure trend understanding.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership, P&L skills is a must.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region
- Should have managed a team of 5 people.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Provide sales coaching and mentorship to the sales team
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Proven track record of success in IT infrastructure sales
- Prior experience in a sales management role, leading a team of sales professionals
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and Cyber security products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
