We're looking for a driven Sales Head who can generate revenue, lead from the front, and build a high-performing sales team from scratch.

must have prior sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency. Applications from candidates without digital marketing agency sales experience will not be considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndividual Contributor (Primary Responsibility)
- Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Meet clients, understand their marketing requirements, and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Build & Lead the Sales Team
- Hire, train, and mentor sales professionals.
- Build scalable sales processes, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting systems.
- Drive performance and accountability across the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding and retention.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (Mandatory).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle for digital marketing services.
- Prior experience hiring and leading sales teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
