Manages field sales teams responsible for sales, strategic acct planning, overall realtionship mgmt, new and existing accts, dev a comprehensive sales plan, full portfolio of solutions products.

Basic Requirements

• Reporting directly to Country Sales Director, the Regional Sales Head will work directly with the end customers as well as thru SI Partners to achieve exceptional sales results

• This individual should have experience of dealing with govt. Customers (Police Organisations/ Military and Defence Establishments), Transportation (Railways, Metros and Airports), O&G and Utilities (Large Refineries, Power Stations, and Steel Plants).

• Sales experience of ­10 to 15 years in Govt and Enterprise sales.

• Direct Sales management Professional, capable of holding meetings with the highest rank officials in the Govt and Enterprise verticals.

Capable of handling issues of the highest impact to the organization which can have a significant influence on key business decisions and results.

The RSM will use his prior experience to craft out growth strategies and improve market share and achieve greater market penetration for the Systems Business.

Work with business development and regional teams to uncover high growth segments or untapped opportunities and develop actionable plans ­that are time-bound and measurable ­ to maintain market leadership

Familiar and experienced in Business, Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management

  • Basic Requirements

• Engineering Degree and above preferably in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication streams

•10 to 15 years of Work Exp in Direct Sales preferably in the field of Mission Critical Communications Industry ( RF Wireless/Command & Control, Video Surveillance & Analytics, LTE Broadband )

• Proven skills in negotiation

• Technical prowess – understand the Varied Solution Portfolio and its positioning and complexities

• Working in a fast-paced multicultural environment and embrace Strong understanding of the Systems business eco­systems

• Proven ability to operate across all functions of a company from senior levels down Sales and Operations, Project Management and Finance.

• Excellent communication (verbal and non­verbal), presentation & interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with the ability to work well under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Must be creative, a self­ starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a have a high sense of integrity and ethics in the workplace.
