Role Overview

The Sales Head – East/ North Region will lead revenue growth initiatives, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships across the Eastern/Northern region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Eastern/ Northern region
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking and market research
  • Achieve revenue targets, including new client acquisition and business growth
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Drive growth in the Retail Trading Business segment
Account Management & Client Engagement
  • Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production & operations) for seamless execution
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention
Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Plan and manage regular client visits and interactions
  • Track sales performance and share periodic reports with management
  • Ensure effective use of ERP systems and sales tools
Key Requirements
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 8–12 years of experience in sales leadership
  • Industry experience in Printing, Packaging, Advertising, or related sectors preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong experience in P&L management and revenue ownership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
