Sales Excellence ManagerYour role and responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Excellence Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will ensure regional sales excellence development in alignment with global strategies as part of the Division Sales Enablement Function. You will capture regional and local needs to influence global best-practice standards, while supporting distinct local variations to meet market conditions. You will drive operational efficiency and support developing our sales performance management, enable digital transformation, and foster continuous improvement to help sales teams achieve sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction.
The role is contributing to the Motion / IEC Low-Voltage Motors division globally.
You are accountable for :
Regional sales excellence development: Implement global sales excellence strategies in the region, ensuring alignment with global standards and adapting approaches to local conditions.
Capture regional & local needs: Gather insights from regional teams and customers to influence global best practices, policies, and standards.
Support local variations: Ensure flexibility in processes and tools to meet distinct local market requirements while maintaining global consistency.
Channel management & market execution: Implement channel strategy and support compliance with contractual agreements, pricing policies, and go-to-market guidelines, including e-commerce and digital sales tools.
Customer relationship management: Drive adoption and standardization of CRM processes (lead-to-opportunity, case management, and visit reporting).
Lead generation collaboration: Partner with communications and marketing stakeholders to co-lead initiatives from lead generation through lead nurturing.
Performance optimization & enablement: Use KPIs and analytics to improve pipeline accuracy, transparency, and decision-making oversee and co-lead the regional planning for improving product data quality, sales training, and adoption of AI/digital capabilities.
Stakeholder engagement & global innovation: Liaise between regional teams and global governance bodies, representing regional needs in global projects to develop and improve capabilities.
Qualifications for the role:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Commercial roles within a global matrix organization
Solid experience in Sales Excellence / Sales Enablement, including process optimization and tool enablement
Proven track record in industrial product sales electric motors experience is an advantage
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar
Strong global collaboration, communication, and influence skills ability to lead without direct authority and work effectively with specialist roles
Experience with channel management and compliance (e.g., pricing policies, contractual agreements, and go-to-market guidelines) familiarity with e-commerce and digital sales tools
Customer relationship management expertise, including CRM process standardization (lead-to-opportunity, case management, and visit reporting)
Data-driven, analytical mindset with ability to define and use KPIs and insights to drive performance and continuous improvement
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Fluent English language skills
