Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell world-class American automation products designed specifically for the Indian market.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for customers to highlight product features and applications.
  • Perform detailed technical and business needs analysis to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Follow up on existing sales leads and generate new business opportunities through telephone and email communication.
  • Execute direct sales to customers and provide technical and commercial support to local distributors within the assigned region.
  • Train distributor sales engineers on company products, applications, and value propositions.
  • Reside within the assigned marketing area to maintain close engagement with customers and distributors.
  • Travel regularly to customer locations to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences.
  • Undergo training in strategic selling techniques, product knowledge, and attend periodic training sessions in the United States.

Prerequisites:

  • Proven track record of sales achievement in technical or industrial products.
  • Strong technical aptitude with understanding of computers and mechatronics concepts.
  • Dynamic, confident, and self-driven personality with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills for both small and large audiences.
  • Understanding of the sales process with a keen interest in learning advanced strategic selling skills.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling technical products.
