The Opportunity

This is a rare role. You will sit at the centre of regional leadership, connecting strategy to execution across Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. If you thrive on making complex organisations run better, turning messy data into sharp decisions, and earning the trust of senior leaders by simply being the most reliable person in the room, this is the platform for you.

What You Will Own

You will be the connective tissue between leadership ambition and daily execution across five core domains:

  • Business Operations - Monitor capacity, resourcing, talent allocation, and practice support infrastructure so that Practice Leaders always have a clear picture of what they have and what they need.
  • Analytics & Forecasting - Build and maintain reporting that connects pipeline, conversion, billings, and utilisation with fewer surprises and sharper forward-looking visibility.
  • Communications & Coordination - Run practice calls, prepare leadership materials, and keep targeted updates flowing reliably across a distributed regional environment.
  • Systems & Data Quality - Serve as a Salesforce and BI super-user. Improve discipline, resolve discrepancies, and raise data trust to the point where teams act on dashboards without hesitation.
  • Sales Enablement & Demand Generation - Support business development, activate content and events, and contribute to measurable top-of-funnel momentum across the region.

What Success Looks Like

Within 12 months, regional leadership can make faster, more confident staffing and business development decisions because:

  • Capacity signals are visible earlier
  • Pipeline data is cleaner and more predictable
  • Teams are using standardised tools consistently
  • Practice Leaders are spending their time on clients, candidates, and talent, not chasing reports

Who We Are Looking For

You likely come from a regional sales operations, revenue operations, commercial excellence, or business operations background in professional services, executive search, technology, or another data-driven, client-intensive environment.

More important than any single title is how you operate:

  • You take ownership without waiting for perfect direction and close gaps when you see them
  • You bring genuine hustle and follow-through across both strategic projects and day-to-day execution
  • You use data to influence decisions, not to produce decks for their own sake
  • You build trust with senior stakeholders through responsiveness, judgment, and calm under pressure
  • You are fluent in Salesforce and BI tools, and genuinely curious about AI and automation in a people-intensive business
  • You can hold a steady operating rhythm across multiple time-sensitive workstreams in a multi-timezone environment
