The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated region, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets through strategic leadership and team management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to optimize performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for upper management, providing insights into regional performance and strategy adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
