Role Description

The Regional Sales Director will oversee and manage sales operations and business development activities within the assigned region. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic business opportunities, and leading and mentoring a team to achieve sales targets. The Director will also collaborate with other departments ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated capability in Team Management, including hiring, training, and motivating team members.
  • Solid experience in Business Development within the IT infrastructure or office automation domain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding and addressing customer-specific IT and technology needs.
  • Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the IT infrastructure or office automation industries is advantageous.
