Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Regional Sales Director located in WP. Kuala Lumpur with partial remote work flexibility. The Regional Sales Director will oversee key sales operations, drive business development, and establish strong customer relationships within the APAC region. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing sales teams, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The role also involves strategizing to meet revenue goals, optimizing sales processes, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience in Business Development and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships.
  • Team Management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office responsibilities with remote collaboration.
  • Industry experience in technology, AI-driven solutions, or Data Center services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
