Job Description

  • Interpret market and competitor trends to increase market share and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Set challenging yet achievable revenue and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that encourages innovation and new business ideas.
  • Identify and execute commercial opportunities to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
  • Lead team forecast meetings and ensure efficient, productive sales activities.
  • Provide regular coaching and guidance through one-on-one sessions and daily engagement.

The Successful Applicant


  • At least a 6 years of experience in managing multiple teams across regions with strong analytical skill.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and coaching skills
  • Proven success in driving high-performing B2B sales teams and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and discount structures.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
