Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the South region.
  • Lead and manage a team to drive sales performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotional and marketing initiatives in the region.
  • Analyse sales data to assess performance and develop improvement plans.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to the senior management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RSDM South should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of market trends and customer needs in the South region.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Experience with handling distributors and key accounts is preferred.
  • A graduate degree in business or a related field.
