General Description
- We are looking for a responsible Regional Safety Officer to facilitate compliance with the organisational health and safety guidelines. You will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations. You will also be on a constant lookout for violations.
Main Responsibilities
- Implementation of Health and Safety Policies across Region.
- Audit and Risk assessment of all the Centres in the Region biannually.
- Audit & Risk assessment for newer centre prior to launch in the region
- Ensure/coordinate various Trainings conducted in the region as per schedule Fire drill and evacuation, first aid, POCSO etc..
- Ensure compliance documents in place as required
- Transport & Food Safety through regular Audits and action in place timely
- Induction to new staff in the Region on Health & Safety
