Job Description

1. Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end management of all channel partners in the region including partner identification support, on-boarding, start-up support, capability building and evaluation

2. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Together with the Regional Channel Development, Branch Sales and Operations teams, identify potential RSPs in the region through field visits, telecalling, references etc and forward the same to Head - Service & Channel Partner Development
  • Support the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development in the empanelment of new RSPs in the region
  • Provide operations startup support to the new RSPs by working closely with the new RSP and the respective branch operations head
  • Work closely with the Branch operations head and the Hub Heads (in the region) for finalizing the network connectivity for the new RSP
  • Support the new RSPs in initial setup including facilities planning, facilities design, branding, staff training etc.
  • Responsible for efficient functioning of all RSPs in the region
  • Regularly monitor key performance metrics like delivery performance, transit times etc of all RSPs in the region
  • Conduct regular operations trainings for the RSP staff
  • Conduct regular audits of RSPs in terms of adherence to statutory requirements, service level agreements, operations KRAs etc Highlight any deviations to the Head - Service & Channel Partner Development and take corrective actions, if any
