Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Retail Trainer to train and develop our retail workforce, enhancing their skills and aligning their performance with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sr. Training Manager to design and implement impactful training programs.
- Deliver engaging in-person and remote training sessions for retail teams.
- Conduct onboarding for new joiners with clear communication of company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Train teams on sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Partner with store and cluster managers to align training with store-specific needs and sales goals.
- Keep training content, curriculum, and documentation up to date.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 26 years of experience in a similar role (Retail Trainer / Sales Trainer).
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, ABV, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and training tools/software.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
