While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and

Role Summary
We are looking for a Regional QA Manager to drive on-ground quality execution across
factories and vendors within the assigned region. This role will be responsible for ensuring
product quality from pre-production to final inspection, working closely with sourcing and
manufacturing teams to maintain consistent standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Factory & Production Quality Execution
● Ensure quality adherence across pre-production, inline, and final inspections
● Monitor garment construction, fits, fabric quality, washes, and finishing
● Drive first-time-right production through proactive quality checks
2. Vendor & Factory Management
● Manage quality across multiple vendors and factories within the region
● Conduct factory evaluations, audits, and onboarding assessments
● Work closely with vendors to improve processes and reduce defects
3. Defect Analysis & Problem Solving
● Identify recurring defects and drive RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
● Implement CAPA to eliminate quality issues at source
● Actively troubleshoot production issues on-ground
4. Quality Systems & Compliance
● Ensure adherence to defined AQL standards and inspection protocols
● Maintain documentation, audit reports, and quality records
● Support implementation of standardized QA processes across units
5. Cross-functional Coordination
● Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and product teams
● Align production timelines with quality benchmarks
● Act as the first point of escalation for regional quality issues
6. Data & Reporting
● Track defects, rejections, and inspection outcomes
● Share regular quality reports and insights with central QA team
● Highlight risks and early warning signals
Qualifications & Skills
● 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in apparel manufacturing / retail
● Strong hands-on experience in factory quality, inspections, and garment construction
● Good understanding of AQL, RCA, and CAPA
● Experience managing vendors and multiple factories in a region
● Strong problem-solving and execution capability
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
● Prior experience with apparel brands / export houses / buying agencies preferred
