About The Role

We are looking for a Regional Quality Consultant (RQC) to drive on-ground quality excellence across Treebo's partner hotel network. This role is critical in ensuring consistent guest experience, identifying operational gaps, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Engagement & Familiarisation
  • Visit partner properties within the assigned region on a regular basis
  • Build a deep understanding of property operations, service standards, and challenges
  • Establish strong working relationships with hotel partners and on-ground teams
  • Regional Experience Dashboard
  • Create and maintain a Regional Experience Dashboard for tracking property performance
  • Monitor key experience metrics and identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize interventions
  • Metrics Ownership (DC & DR)
  • Track and analyze DC (Defect Count) and DR (Defect Rate) on a daily basis
  • Identify properties with rising trends and take corrective actions proactively
  • Ensure continuous improvement in quality benchmarks across the region
  • Audits & Quality Checks
  • Conduct surprise audits at problem properties
  • Evaluate adherence to Treebo quality standards and SOPs
  • Submit detailed audit reports with actionable insights
  • Stakeholder Management & Escalation Handling
  • Initiate structured conversations with:
  • Field Sales Teams
  • Hotel Partners
  • Internal Stakeholders
  • Address properties with increasing DC & DR trends
  • Act as the central point of coordination for quality-related escalations
  • RCA & Action Planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create Root Cause Analyses (RCAs)
  • Develop and implement Action Plans for recurring issues
  • Ensure accountability and ownership across stakeholders
  • Closure & Follow-ups
  • Track progress on action plans and interventions
  • Follow up rigorously until issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Ensure long-term fixes rather than temporary solutions
