This is a contract, on-site role for a Regional Project Manager – Merger Integration, located in Vadodara. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of mergers within the organization. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and driving various project tasks such as facilitating communication among key stakeholders, tracking integration milestones, and mitigating potential risks. The successful candidate will ensure seamless implementation of the merger integration while maintaining compliance with organizational objectives and timelines.

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and leading diverse teams
• Experience with M&A integration, change management, and process optimization
• Proficiency in SAP environments and tools such as S/4HANA, GTS, and TRM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience in the ERP or consulting industry
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable
