Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Regional Project Manager to support a large-scale
merger integration program across the
APAC region. This is a
business/process-focused role (non-SAP, non-IT PM) requiring strong execution capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and ownership of regional deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of regional integration plans aligned with global milestones
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
- Coordinate across cross-functional and global teams to ensure smooth execution
- Provide status updates, governance reporting, and escalations
- Drive stakeholder accountability through structured follow-ups
- Support change management execution (communications, training, readiness) in coordination with central teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale transformation/integration programs
- Strong experience in RAID management and execution tracking
- Proven ability to work across global stakeholders and multiple geographies
- Experience with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in post-merger integration / IMO
- Exposure to organizational change management (OCM)
- Experience in business/process integration programs
