Overall Purpose of the Job
The Regional Project Manager will oversee and manage projects (especially digital initiatives) between multi-functional work streams, clients and vendors. Key responsibilities include initiation, planning, matrix resource management, risk assessment and mitigation, vendor, client and financial management through the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan the programs and workstreams from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
- Take a client-first approach to recommend the best course of action through the engagement
- Ensure accurate development and traceability of program requirements through the lifecycle
- Prepare documentation, workflows, presentations as it relates to project milestones
- Manage and monitor overall progress, including resolving issues, managing budget, initiating corrective action and escalating where appropriate
- Liaise closely with stakeholders and work stream leads to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery. Supervise all workstream leads involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems

Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience in business or project management of application and websites development projects, with more than 3 years managing teams spread across multiple countries and / or region.
- Experience in leading and achieving results from complex, large and ambiguous programs of work with many of the following characteristics:
- Duration six or more months
- Multiple markets & languages
- Multiple streams and diverse stakeholders with different or conflicting objectives or expectations of program/business outcome
