Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Product Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. The responsibilities include developing and implementing regional sales strategies, managing B2B distribution network, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business development, fostering strong partner relationships, and ensuring the delivery of excellent support service. Additionally, the manager will analyze market trends, create sales plans, and work collaboratively with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong Communication, presentation and servicing skills, with an emphasis on building and maintaining distributor relationships
  • Business Development expertise, including identifying new opportunities and strategic growth areas
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Ability to analyze market trends and align strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in the financial services or investment industry is a significant advantage
